Surat, India
Spread over more than 40,000 sq feet, Firestone’s state-of-the-art production facility in Surat engages over 800 employees and covers the entire production process. With a fully-equipped machine shop, continuous casting, a metal assaying machine, and an in-house refinery, this is Firestone Diamond’s flagship manufacturing facility.
It is used for jewelry manufacturing and is strategically located in India’s diamond and jewelry manufacturing hub.
Mumbai, India
Specializing in diamond-intensive and high-end bridal jewelry, our Mumbai facility has a dedicated Product Development team that leverages CAD/CAM technology to create original, innovative designs and meet the demanding needs of today’s customers.
CAD/CAM design technology enables our designers to simplify the iterative design process and easily modify details of sketches thereby minimizing production times.
Rapid prototyping technologies are additive processes that fabricate parts, layer by layer, called Layer Manufacturing. They enable our designers to create parts with small internal cavities and complex geometries.
Yerevan, Armenia
As one of the biggest employers in the gems and jewelry industry in Armenia, Firestone Diamond’s Yerevan facility engages over 100 skilled Armenian craftsmen and is strategically located to leverage an Armenian tradition of high-quality diamond manufacturing.
Spread over 40,000 sq feet, this manufacturing center is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, which includes auto-blockers and auto-bruiting machines for higher productivity.
Products manufactured at this facility include Ideal Cuts with GIA Hearts, and Arrows with rounds EXEXEX, princess EXEX, and other special cuts. It also serves as a source of specialized cuts for renowned retailers.
Future plans include the development of a world-class training center to provide improved employment opportunities for the local community.
